What’s the difference between a space listing and a job posting?

Do you have a room or a space in your clinic that you’d like to rent out on an hourly, daily, or as revenue-split? Create a space listing to maximize the revenue potential of your clinical space.

If you are looking to add talent to your team, diversify the services you offer at your clinic, or need locum coverage, a job posting would work best.

You are in charge of how you want to bring someone onboard: part- or full-time employee, revenue-split agreement, or anything else that works for you. Be sure to include this information in the form to create a job posting.

Can I list both a space and a job at my clinic?

Yes. If you're a clinic owner and have signed up on Sway, you have the option to list both available spaces and job positions.

Can I list more than one space at my clinic?

Yes. You may have more than one room available. You’ll be able to list multiple spaces at your clinic on Sway.

Who will see my listings?

Sway is a space dedicated for healthcare professionals. Your listings are public, so you may receive inquiries about your space and job postings from anyone.

How do I receive inquiries about my space listings and applications to my job postings?

Creating a space listing or posting a job opportunity is always free. If you would like to receive inquiries and applications through our platform, you will have the option to upgrade your account to a paid profile.

I have multiple clinic locations. Can I create separate job or space listings for each location?

Yes. You’ll need to create separate clinic profiles for each location. After that, you’ll be able to create space listings and job postings for the specific clinic location.
