Who can join Sway?

Anyone who is a healthcare professional who owns a clinic or is an independent practitioner. For now, Sway is mostly built for allied health professionals. In the future, we may expand to other practitioners. (let us know if you’re interested).

What’s a clinic owner?

This might be self-explanatory, so bear with us. We think of clinic owners as healthcare professionals who have started their own business. You've rented space to operate your clinic and work with a team of dedicated employees and independent contractors. Sway was built for you! We want to help you maximize the revenue potential of your space by renting unused rooms and inviting other health practitioners to join your team.

What’s an independent practitioner?

Again, let us clarify… as an independent practitioner, you have the license and qualifications to operate in your specific area of practice. You are likely creating your own schedule by working at a clinic (or two) while also maintaining clients or patients you see privately elsewhere or online. Sway was also built for you - find space to see clients wherever it makes sense and/or find a clinic that’s looking for your expertise.

Who can create a space listing?

A clinic owner can list a space. Sign up and fill out your clinic profile to create a listing.

Who can post jobs?

A clinic owner can post a job. Sign up and fill out your clinic profile to post a job.

Can I edit or remove my listing after it has been posted?

Yes! Once your space or job listing is up, you can edit it at any point. All the changes you make will take effect immediately. If you want to take your listing down for any reason, you have the option of making it inactive. No one can see deactivated listings, and you won’t be receiving inquiries or applications for those.

Is there a fee associated with listing a space or posting a job?

Creating a space listing or posting a job opportunity is always free. If you would like to receive inquiries and applications through our platform, you will have the option to upgrade your account to a paid profile.
